We’re confident you’ll find comfort and support with a SpacePillow adjustable pillow. Our 45-Night Return Policy ensures your satisfaction by allowing returns of unused pillows in their original vacuum-sealed packaging.
Here’s How It Works:
Return Within 45 Nights: You have the opportunity to return your adjustable pillow within 45 nights, provided it remains unused and in its original vacuum-sealed packaging. This allows flexibility whether you purchased it as a gift or need time to decide before using.
Full Refund Conditions: To qualify for a full refund, the pillow must be returned unused and in its original vacuum-sealed packaging. Once the pillow is removed from its packaging and used, it cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return Costs Covered: You cover the return shipping costs.
Important Notes:
Applies to Adjustable Pillows: Our 45-Night Return Policy applies exclusively to our adjustable pillows. Pillowcases are not included.
Packaging Matters: Please ensure the original vacuum-sealed packaging remains intact. Opening or damaging the packaging may void the return eligibility.
No Exchanges: All our pillows are identical, so exchanges are not possible.
*Important: Due to the close contact with the body and hygiene considerations, once a pillow is removed from its vacuum-sealed packaging and used, it cannot be resold to another customer. Therefore, maintaining the pillow unused and in its original packaging is essential for initiating a return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
